Shipping Policy
Collection
Customers are welcome to collect orders directly from our Johannesburg store at 47 Van Riebeeck Ave Edenvale 1609.
National Delivery (South Africa)
For deliveries outside Johannesburg, Customers are to organize their own shipping arrangements. We will not be held liable for damage due to poor handling by shipping companies or logistics companies.
Processing Times
Custom framing orders are usually ready within 7–14 working days. You will be notified once your order is complete and ready for collection.
Return & Exchange Policy
Custom Orders
As each frame is custom-made, returns and refunds are not possible unless the product is defective or damaged upon collection by client.
Damaged Goods
Please inspect your order immediately upon collection. If the item is damaged or incorrect, notify us immediately or within 48 hours with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or repair at no extra cost. We will not cover damage for products that happens during transit or out of our custodianship.
Standard Items (Non-Custom): Ready-made frames and accessories may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
